However, there may be instances where the reason for the telemedicine visit falls outside our treatment scope. In such cases, we regretfully inform you that the visit will be denied. Refund Process: If your telemedicine visit is denied due to being outside our treatment scope, we will initiate a refund for the amount paid. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be returned to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Please note that once the refund is initiated, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.
